ABOUT ME
“I constantly strive to give value to those around me and I believe that in inspiring and empowering people and teams to find their power, future-proofs sustainable success.”
My coaching journey officially began ten years ago – when facing challenging issues at work, combined with my desire to nurture my young family, I personally invested in a coach I felt a connection with to help me understand and get beyond my ‘stuckness’, mounting anxiety and overwhelm. It resulted by propelling me to a place I didn’t believe was possible, a huge promotion and a work/family balance that enabled me to excel in both important areas of my life.
Throughout my career, I continued to invest in personal 1:1 coaching, before committing to my own coach training through both MOE Foundation and then iPEC’s Energy Leadership Programme, one of the world’s leading coaching schools.
I regularly draw on my wonderful 20+year career as a senior brand communications and creative partnerships specialist which gives me a greater understanding and tool-kit to unpack and power-up my clients.
When I was 13, I heard the phrase ‘change your perspective, not your situation’. It so clearly resonated with me and I have since relied on the magical power of mind-set shifting throughout my life.
Aside from regular trips to London, my home is riverside in Suffolk with my husband, three children, a lurcher, chameleon, budgie and chickens. I am outside & nature obsessed, an all year round cold-water swimmer and I’ve recently run my first marathon.
